I love how quiet this washer dryer set is, I can't hear it go into spin mode from another room. The washer cleans clothes really well with only one hiccup, smaller socks sometimes get hung up in the door gasket while washer is agitating. Both the washer and dryer are easy to get into to grab the load of laundry easily. The link filter on the dryer is a bit awkward at first but easy to clean.

We needed a stackable washer/dryer for our first floor. The Electrolux fits perfectly in the slotted space and cleans well without being overly loud. My kids enjoy the little musical trills it plays when beginning and finishing loads. Clothes come out clean, as expected. The only downside is it is smaller than our other washer and dryer, which is expected in a stackable.

Great cleaning - design could be better

This is an awesome appliance, but a couple of things irritated me when I tried to swap the door directions.First, the screws on the dryer don't line up. There are four screws, and you can only line up two of them.Second, I don't think the holes are threaded at all. I started to pull the screws out using a properly sized hand-held screwdriver, and stopped within seconds because I realized they were so tight there was no way to get them out without stripping the crap out of them. I actually don't think they can come out at all. So, I decided to call for service and was immediately quoted $350 to swap the bottom door.Aside from that, the washer and dryer function extremely well.

Placed order online 7/10. Received email with delivery date of 7/16-7/23. Never received notice of delivery, so called customer service and was told that they had til the 23rd and it was coming. Called back on the 20th and was told there was glitch in system and order never processed. Finally received notice of delivery for 7/31. It took 3 weeks to get my washer/dryer. No one from Electrolux ever returned call with update. I purchased the stacked washer/dryer. It is bigger than I thought but works great.

Quiet, efficient, easy to operate. Best laundry combination we've ever had, and we've had three different models from three different manufacturers. This one is well constructed and appears durable. The electronic controls are a concern because electronics can be "fragile" and subject to intermittent problems. We had a problem with a sensor two weeks after installation but it cleared up spontaneously after a week - before a tech could come. But electronics are standard in all available systems. I recommend an extended warranty.

We moved to a new home that has a smaller laundry room so we decided to sell our traditional washer and dryer and look for a stackable or all in one unit. After research we decided on the Electrolux tower, and glad we did. We love the idea of the all in one tower instead of the stackable for stability and all the controls are mid unit instead of the dryer controls being on top and hard to reach. I can't give my new stack washer dryer 5 stars when I've only had it a couple weeks, because reliability and durability are so important when evaluating appliances. If the unit is functioning as well in a couple/three years from now as it is at present, I'll be happy to add that final star! But I can say now that they work really well. 300 Series Laundry Tower Single Unit Front Load

Both the washer and dryer are performing better than I expected in the four months since the unit was installed. Because the 339-lb. laundry tower came assembled in a complete, stacked unit, it was an endeavor for the delivery folks to get it upstairs into position. A few dings on the plaster walls and (relatively) minor scratches and rubs on the new tower were the install casualties. All-in-all, both components work well, clean and dry effectively, and the lint screen on the dryer is a huge improvement over the one it replaced. I am happy with the choice of Electrolux and the 300 Series model.

My Electrolux Tower has all the controls mid-height between the washer and dryer. This is a significant improvement over the brands that have the dryer controls so high up making it difficult to use for someone who is on the shorter side. The drum size is fantastic; big enough for a queen quilt and a family, yet small enough for a single person to use without wasting water or energy.

Researched multiple manufacturers tower and stacked units. Focus was on controls being centrally located between the washer/dryer. Also on price and reliability. Electrolux was the only manufacturer that had left/right door opening closes for both the washer and dryer. No other manufacture had this option. So far the unit has been working very well and we could not be more pleased with the performance, function, and efficiency. Also much quieter than our previous LG units.
