We have an older model Bosch and purchased a newer model since we had such great luck in the past. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans very well. We like using the app to get notifications of when the wash has completed and when we need to add rinse aide amoung other things.

The only thing I can say negative about this dishwasher is that , if you don't close the front before 4 seconds have elapped then you have to start it all over again and hope you get it closed on time. I cringed when I paid the extra money for a Bosch. Now after a month, it was worth every penny. I keep challenging it with dried on egg, pasta sauce, mashed potatoes, you name it. It continues to pass the test and everything is sparkling. I am trying all different cycles as well. It is incredibly quiet. I know it is running because the little is on. I didn't realize I would like the 3rd shelf as much as I do. Without a doubt, best dishwasher ever!

We replaced an older model Bosch that was ~10yrs old recently with this model. Unfortunately the bottom rack seems to be defective and often falls off the tracks into the wash basin...even if there are only a handful of plates in the rack. The washer is very quiet and seems to wash well, but the bottom rack is a big negative. Also the silverware tray is half the size of a normal washer. Disappointed.

Appliance operates flawlessly, but some confusion on the app affected the settings when I turned it on and it would 'not start. Chatted with Bosch which suggested it needed a new control panel, which was still under warranty. Serviceman came and reset the settings on the app and gave me some tips. Thé problem was solved. 2nd Bosch DW

This is our 2nd Bosch dishwasher, and that should speak for itself. We're happy with the dishwasher, it's quiet and efficient. However, we had to submit a warranty claim that has not yet been acknowledged by anyone due to a cracked bezel at the controls on the top of the door. Cheap plastic, that essentially cracked in half right at the LCD display.

Drying of Dishes Isn't Good

We purchased this dishwasher about 8 weeks ago. For the most part, I am satisfied with its performance thus far. HOWEVER, I am not happy with how the dishwasher drys the dishes. It seems that after a normal cycle (that runs for 2 hours) finishes, the dishes would be dry. Nope. We have to open the door and let it air dry for a bit. For what we paid for this dishwasher, it seems they could make it have a better drying mechanism.

Unbelievable Dishwasher!

I have raved about this dishwasher to friends, family and my husband (over and over). I did not really think it would absolutely dry Tupperware style plastics completely dry but it does. I didn't believe it would leave dishes spot free, but it does. Still can't believe it and am genuinely thrilled every morning when I unload it. All the tech stuff is just added pleasure. Thsnks Bosch!

Dishwasher cleans so well and is super silent unlike my old one. Just make sure to add the rinse aid to have the dishes sparkling.

Bought a whole kitchen of Bosch in wall oven cooktop fridge in wall microwave and the dishwasher is the only appliance that works great is reliable and doesn't make me buying Bosch every day
